The parish of St. Josaphat's was incorporated on November 30, 1949. In existence for over 60 years, our parish has become a spiritual home for four generations of Ukrainian Americans in the Trenton area. Today, the parish has over 175 families, and has the following support organizations: Councils, Sisterhood, Prayer Group, and Choir. By visiting our church, you can enjoy the joyous Ukrainian singing and feel the family atmosphere among friends.

Our parish belongs to the Byzantine Catholic Church, an Eastern Catholic Church that has its own rite, that is, liturgical traditions. Along with the Roman Catholic Church, the Byzantine Church is in full communion with Rome and is under the spiritual leadership of the Pope of Rome. The parish belongs to the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia.

Від часу оснування Парафії і до сьогоднішніх днів, церква Свящмч.Йосафата в Трентоні служила і служить прибіжищем для всіх хвиль еміграції Українського походження і не тільки. Тут люди, що відірвані від дому та рідних серцю місць, лікують свої зранені душі, звіряючи Богові свою тугу та печалі. Наш храм УКЦ давно став уособленням України, центром духовного та культурного життя Українців, що замешкали в найближчих околицях. Запрошуємо всіх бажаючих на Богослужіння та культурні дійства, що відбуваються в Українській мові.
